Default Silent Hunter 2 & Destroyer Command - Classic Combos

Well, I finally managed to install my old Silent Hunter 2, subsim.
For a while I couldn't figure out why it didn't work until I installed that patch V1.1.

After installing some of the mods available, which gave the game a better, more improved look, I loaded the game to see what it would do.
Surprisingly, it came up.
It was great to play the old classic sims again.
One of the mods that was interesting to install was the Playable Bismarck mod.
Instead of commanding the U-boat, you commanded the Bismarck.
Save the original files first as a backup, before installing the Bismarck mod.
This way you can reinstall the originals and play the U-boat again.

Along with Destroyer Command, which was also, updated with some of the mods. Especially, the Sealords and Kriegsmarine mods, which allow the player to command some of the big ships of the Germany Navy, like Bismarck, Tirpitz, Graf Spee, Scharnhorst, etc. and missions in the Atlantic.
There was also the Italian mod, MARE NOSTRUM, which allowed commanding some the big ships of the Italian navy in the Meditterrean Sea.

They don't have much in today's world regarding naval battles of WORLD WAR 2, but for now, there is nothing more enjoyable than playing a good, old classic naval sims. They don't make them like they used too.
For now, it's good to play the back to back sims of Silent Hunter 2 and Destroyer Command...
