no missions after tutorial

i recently got sh5 knowing that i have to install mods to make it work properly, which i did, TWoS,all the Generic stuff.
But after i installed TWoS no missions appear after tutorial anymore, it appeared when my game is vanilla which shouldnt be happening. but the problem with the vanilla game is Tonnage Bar not filling up. i read somewhere TWoS fixes it and so i installed it, and i see if it works but i cant becaus ei cant even select a mission pls help

i am using steam install
