SH3 Commander crew option

Probably old news to most. But I've been digging around this program, and it has a lot of options under the hood to add to the game.

I.e., if you use it and play with the realistic career length option, eventually (if he's not sunk) your commander will be given the chance for a desk job.

What about that crew whose skills you've built up over the course of the career ?

Make a folder in the SH3 Commander/Crew folder, transfer your crew config files from SH3/data/Cfg folder and your experienced crew gets to continue on the same sub, same flotilla, with the new Commander.

I've been doing this, starting a new Commander a month or so after the previous one leaves.

Adds a little something to the game anyway.
