Default Hunter-Killer group in the fog.

Had one surprise me at very close range in the fog. Four ships. Managed to crash dive and evade them though after awhile, no damage.

That was interesting ! Hadn't run across one in the fog before.

Yep, that happens sometimes. It's lots of fun times when the bow of a destroyer appears 600 meters in front of you. One time in an IXB I didn't make it under fast enough and a DD rammed me straight on the starboard side, needless to say that didn't end very well

I got lucky; my completely green crew spotted it a split second first. Few hundred meters away.
Had been getting a lot of aircraft harassing me for the entire patrol, so I'm thinking the HK was sent after me.

But just sunk two ships sailing alone, so HK didn't do their job.
