Default Dose anyone know who said this dictum?

I had seen an article in subsim between 2004-2006.

I saw a dictum at that time.

The dictum is as followed:

"When you are more weak than the enemy , FIGHT!
When you are equal to the enemy , FIGHT!
When you are stronger than the enemy , FIGHT! "

The content maybe not exactly the same.

Does anyone know who said this dictum?

Thanks a lot!

Sun Tzu, perhaps? Sounds like a paraphrase of some of his philosophy.

I'm sorry I believe I was wrong it wasn't Jesus Christ. It was either Hitler or the Japanese military planners during WWII (deleted Kim Il Sung because he did didn't lose his regime or technically lost the war)

Probably all of them. Hey at least they were brave enough to fight!.

I believe Sun tzu said something like this

"When the enemy thinks you're weaker than the him , absolutely FIGHT him!
When the enemy thinks he's equal to you , entice him to FIGHT you!
When the enemy thinks you're stronger than him , absolutely FIGHT him! "

Because it doesn't matter what he thinks act as you see fit!

LOL

OT but from the website you linked, somebody either doesn't proofread or they never paid attention in history.

There your answer Pink Panther

The admiral must have spent too much time being a captain in his career. . . . .that or none.

The truth is Gulf war did happen in 1961 we just have been fooled by FOXed news.

It also convinced us that it(FOXed news) didn't exist in 1961

Shame really, he was one of the very few Russian admirals who was any good as a commander. If he hadn't been blown out of the water by that Japanese mine the Russians might never have been wiped out at Tsushima. He might have been the man to make the difference.
