Default GWX 3 Wilhemshafen,St Naz,Schluese and xtra ships V6 doubts

Finally had time to get around and installed V6 on my mod soup and works good.
But, a few questions:
Even with the mod working, od I need to install WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010 and BigBoyWooly's New Wilhelmshaven plus locks to add more stuff has in V5 or it is not necessary?

Do I need to add the other mods, like Atlantic and US East Coast only or it is not? I ask because in the readme file the explanation is "Oct 40 only and while in French ports - these campaign files remove all traffic from the Med/Baltic/Norway/German ports as well as North Sea"; but if I want to have a campaign in 1939/early 40 type II at the same time of a campaign in 1941, in a French port? I have to enable and disable this add-on mod if going to my type II,correct?
And how to I exit St. Nazaire now? Already destroyed my boat 2 times, one because the schleuses was closed and 2nd time,I waited and when crossing it closed and well...good night!
