Yes there are many, according to others. I stay away from them because I don't want to do anything to risk R* hitting me with a ban or account wipe. They are both arbitrary and ruthless in how they go about it.
If you don't play GTAO I wouldn't worry, but if you do you need to be wary of modding. Check this link/article https://www.gamesradar.com/gta-5-pc-mod/

wasn't planning to play gtao on the computer since i got it on ps4 so figure i mod the sp
