Default My return to Silent Hunter IV

So long story, but hopefully some find it interesting.

So way back in 2012 when I was 15, my Mum got me this game for Christmas cause I was obsessed with Silent Hunter III. However, I found myself to be rubbish at the game, couldn't figure out how to play the campaign. I still enjoyed playing the quick missions on repeat though.

Anyway, a few weeks ago I saw the Midway movie and thought the Brockman and Nautilus scenes were awesome (if slightly inaccurate). So I decided I was gonna try and learn the game for real this time.

So I dusted off my old copy of the game and re-installed it.

Having played it now and actually getting through the campaign all I can say is wow.....this game is just incredible. I'm really enjoying getting back into it after all this time, I love feeling like I'm just one small part of a larger scale war.

What a game, will be spending more time with it again. Playing on easy for the warm up but still

2nd this. FotRS is awesome. It's a huge mod that elevates SH4 to another level.
