DCG? Hows it work??

DCG?? So I was under the impression that the DCG just changed up the in game campaign but it actually seems to be an outside application.. so How do I use it to get better campaigns and such?? Im growing quite tired of this 5 missions of intercept we have in-coming bombers yet when we take off they are hitting a completely different airfield and by the time we get there all thats left are 3 fighter escorts for us to mop up

Not to mention the most laughable, using the hurricanes to drop very tiny bombs on ground targets
