Default Torp speed settings? and depth?

Does SH 4 allow for torp depth changes? Same for torp speed settings??

Yes, and this is one of the rare things exactly explained in the SH4 manual. It is located in your 'Support' folder. It should contain all you need to know, but feel free to ask more here...

The Yamato was sunk with torps set at 23 feet, beneath the armour skirt.
