Well I'm stumped. Maybe try my SH4 Randomizer program. If it works, there's something wrong with AGIEP.

Well, I tried the program, and for the most part it works, but the ones I put into the sub pin ups folder were not found, but I suspect that may be due to a sizing issue, or they're in the wrong format.

I just thought of something; do you have Microsoft .NET installed? AGIEP requires it.

I'm fairly certain I do, but I'm not certain what version it is.

Yeah that's a totally different file type and size. You can't just put a resized pic there, it has to be pasted into a larger file.

About .NET, it has to be 2.0 at least. I don't know how it works with later versions.
