Question for you modding gurus:

Is it possible to change crewman's names? If so, where would I find the folder?

the name pool used by the career starter is stored here:
C:\Ubisoft\YourSHFolderNameHere\Data\UPCData\UPCCrewData\CrewMembersNames.UPC

Once you begin a career, you can change the names already assigned by editing the crew/boat file:
C:\Users\YourWin10UserNameHere\Documents\SH4\data\cfg\SaveGames\nnnnnnnn\ActiveUserPlayerUnits .UPC

look for the text of "Member]"
