Interesting idea....
Sub Sims are my favorite genre of computer game, and have been for a while now. Also going to college for computer programming, an idea hit me: what if i make a Sub Sim? But I wanted it to be different than being just another Lieutenant Commander spouting out orders to his officers. So I had an idea...what if you weren't the Captain? What if you had a different perspective at each scene of the game? It would be a story about the crew’s relationship with each other and the men above them (the officers and Captain) all trying to survive the undersea war in the pacific theater of WW2. It would have intense sequences and emotional moments and really try to convey what men went through in submarine warfare. If i could make a deep story work in a Submarine Simulator, would Y'all try it?

I would love to see a very detailed hydrophone simulator where all the player does is operate the hydrophone and have the software faithfully represent the sounds and environment.

I was planning on having a few instances of the player needing to try to separate enemy sounds from biologic on active sonar
