Stuttering in B127

Hey all. After installing some mods I noticed stuttering in game when using time compression. And even micro-stutters when not. So I deleted it all, reinstalled and added a mod at a time to see which one it was. Game ran fine. Did maybe...6 patrols. Stuttering is now back. Only thing that has changed has been what I've added to the boat (new conning tower, hydrophones, etc.)

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue and might know what the problem is. If not, I'm gonna email the devs and go from there. Thanks!

Jeeze! I'd 'stutter' too if I'd been on a silent run for 10 years, two months, and 5 days!
