I am not fully familiar with the mod, but like most, you would probably start with Data / Menu / "menu.txt" - it has what's displayed on the menu and several areas throughout the game, and is relatively easy to run through a translator app, although some of the phrases will then have altered meaning, or might look like "Yoda Talk", due to the translation. Depending upon the "alphabet" used, some of the characters may not do well in the translator either. Dependent upon the translator, you might have to 'strip' the line numbers and equal signs off before using the translator. The file Data / Campaigns / Campaign (for the US side) or Data / Campaigns / CampaignGE (for the German side) "messages.txt" holds the 'radio messages' that display. However, the hard part is the Data / Campaigns / Campaign(and GE) / PatrolObjectives / *.* folders and files all have *.tsr files with the mission orders that are assigned, which may need to be translated. Likewise, I don't know if the DynamicMiss folder's missions were altered in their tsr files... As for the "spoken word", a wholesale replacement of the Data / Sound / Speech folder and its sub-folders would have to be done. jhapprich does come around every once in a while, and you could try to see if he responds to a PM.
