Default (Theory) a Crew management tool similar to SH3-4

We all know how good SH3 is and why, crew management screen basically.
Which is nothing more than some draggable icons, since apart from the deck and the control room, doesn't really show your sailors moving around.

Do you think it would be possible to code something like this in SH5?
Nothing too fancy, just something that increases/decreases crew efficiency by managing crewmembers' positions in the Uboat.

Exactly THIS!

The only down part of SH5, an important one though...that’s almost the main thing that made me migrate to SH4 actually.
SH4 crew management and damage management are even better than SH3

Not to say we don’t have any damage window, but when taking damages that’s kind of messy in SH5. And flooding make the game awful with big stuttering here. (And with a descent recent computer)

The day someone could fix this, i’ll Come back to SH5
