Icon9 Another SH3 CMDR problem.

So, i am using GWX and CMDR.

I'm having two issues with CMDR. One, when I try to use some flotillas, the game crashes when I load into my career.

The other MAJOR issue I'm having is that, no matter what year or flotilla I select in CMDR, when I boot up the game and go to my career to start it, it always says (1941) and then (7-13th), even if the date I chose was say, 1940, and the flotilla was say, 2nd flotilla. It never adapts to what I enter inside CMDR.

I have reinstalled CMDR and SH3 several times. I do not understand this. Please help.

Also, I have attached my mod list. It does not include wide GUI, but I do have it and it works. Mod list, in order is here: https://imgur.com/byRH9Rj

I also get this "error" when I inspect the flotallias section. Any idea what's going on here? https://imgur.com/45MQmtH

Have you downloaded and run the additional files for Commander GWX?

Okay, so after countless issues with SH3 mods, I read that the steam version is a dumpster fire and you need to move SH3 out of the steam folders, and out of the Program filesx86 entirely.

I did this, did a full reinstall, and the problems went away. No more problems, aside from if I start in 1944 and use a sub with radar, the sub starts with broken radar and can't repair it? Not sure what that's about.

Point is, DO NOT INSTALL THIS GAME IN STEAM FILES PUT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE ELSE!
