Default Stuck trying to "fix" a ship (Heian)

I've had this ship a long time, it's named HEIAN MARU on my roster but believe it's give name was NKLCHeian. It's a beautiful 11800 ton freighter have included in my TMO upgrade, problem is it does some weird behavior others don't. First, when in a convoy, it always fails to keep station, lags behind, leaving it vulnerable and looks silly. Will spawn in place but always drops out of formation and travels at 5 knots while rest proceeds on at 9 or 10 knots, follows the path unless attacked, just lags behind.

Second, when alone will travel 10-12 knots, then just slows to five. Have tested this many times, adjusted power to engines in .sim nothing helps. Any ideas?

Finally, it is a little too easy to sink. two Mark 10 torpedoes hit center and forward, caused her to list heavy to port and capsize. Ran into one in November 1942 in Luzon Straits on last patrol, Been a while but I recall the hit points were high already but seems to flood and capsize easy. It is a top heavy ship perhaps why it capsizes like a heavy cruiser? large superstructure, from a distance could look like an Aux Cruiser.

Great ship

It's not a native ship to TMO,I have added many merchants to the roster. This one is from a ship pack someone put out long ago, talking 5+ years ago. I forget who. Possibly Miner's ship pack. I do not believe he is active in the community any longer.

As can see, it is a beautiful ship, would really like to correct the issues so can keep it on the roster, probably as a "rare cargo ship" Type 108 I believe it would be, so it will not show up too often.11,800 tons and the later war, it has large guns plus 25 mm mounted atop superstructure. Top speed is 18 knots. May have a texture issue with the stack as well.

The ship is in Miner's Ship Pack 1.

I've seen a problem in the .dat file. The rudder is named incorrectly. It's called CVE_Akitsu_carma, while the .sim file points to NKLCS_Heian_carma.

I'd start by making them both the same name.
