For those of you experiencing "hanging bug" during the install, i want to emphasize something...
I never experienced this until i upgraded my OS to win7 but now i see what ive gotten a lot of PMs about, and it just dawned on me that they were likely reports from vista users... when you enable the german speech fix, JSGME will appear to "hang". it wont appear to be doing anything, even the hour glass will look frozen. I had to wait and FULL 1-2 minutes before the dialog box popped up to enable the mod. And id like to further emphasize that the dialog box appeared BEHIND the JSGME window, i had to move the mod window to get to the enable popup dialog behind it. This was all before JSGME would show the green progress bar in the bottom right... moral of the story, be VERY PATIENT!  happy german sailing...
