Default Swimming in the Sea....under the sea?

Not so much a Cold Waters question but this is where the modern subs crowd is hanging out....

Been playing around with a Soviet Oscar and remembered the bit about KURSK having a swimming pool.

Fine and dandy, but with the maneuvers I was pulling today (angles and dangles) Im wondering how the hell they keep things from sloshing around all the time?

(Or is it seawater maybe that gets refilled and drained?)

I dont think they often do high angle maneuvers. I believe SSBN and SSGN usualy just sits somewhere under ice stealthy.
