Default SH3 Commander

Where can I find the most up to date download link for SH3 Commander?

Just got the game running again after a 10 year hiatus and am trying out GWX3 Gold + SH3 Commander to see what the hubbub is about.

Hello, I've got the config files from GWX3 to use SH3 Commander however I cannot find an actual download for SH3 Commander itself.

I did, I noticed that it was uploaded in 2015 and I think my brain just had a major attack of stupidity and equated that to that was when it was last updated.

Hmm. Installed GWX3 Gold, SH3 Commander (3.2 + GWX Files). Start a campaign using SH3 Commander and for some reason it makes two campaigns. One under the captain name I designate and another under "Player". If I launch using the Captain name I selected I get a CTD as soon as I try to launch a patrol.

Edit: Also, as per the user guide of SH3 Commander, when I click launch SH3 it does not bring me to the careers section but rather to the main menu.
