Delivering Supplies

I have deployed the boats to deliver supplies three times now. Says I succeeded. Then I take off. I never see the infatable land though and in some cases it looks like its on its way back.


Am I suppose to wait for it? Dont think so.
But what about the sailors on the raft? What happens to them, where did they come from?

all good, real-life questions but they are not a consideration in SH4.
get to the proper location. dispatch the men. get out of Dodge. go sink some ships.
