Help with map

Hi guys, this is a stupid question please bear with me. Came back to SH after years away.

How do I move compass lines in the map? I remember being able to click and drag lines drawn on the map but for the life of me I can't figure it out.

Playing with TWoS.

I figured it out, enabling real navigation seemed to fix it.
