Few shots from our 1st sortie on Warclouds last night with Hunter. The track became corrupted in the middle of the 2nd sortie, so you wont see Hunter's one wheeled landing, our daring raid to the enemy airfield (nothing beats strafing an landing spitfire ) nor our sortie with 190s in which I think we both bagged ourselves something.

Anyways, here's the 1st sortie. Both flying 110s, target defending duty in Q11.

Taking off

Forming up, with an escort.

After a brief few minutes of flying we saw a big(ish) furball over the target, in this shot we are climbing up to identify a bogey.

Aaaand then the poo hit the fan and a Tempest dived on us, scoring some hits to my port wing, holing it so I steered back to base. Hunter wasnt so lucky.

And landed, me to the airfield, Hunter all over the countryside.

Still struggling to get Adobe Premiere to use the alpha channel. The codec, Indeo, supports alpha channels but AP doesnt use it.

Other than that, I'm all set! Surprisingly easy to use this, I tell you! The only thing is the simulation times are big, the last vid took ~50min to simulate.

Fireball test (Nevermind the tearing, forgot one setting too high...)

And 2 small explosion tests

Next I need to try this one:

I also have the Dreamscape, which can make pretty nice sea scenes, so maybe I use a SHIV or SHIII ship model for it.

Aye, nothing beats strafing a Spitfire,

but mate we flew 190's and we both bagged a enemy aircraft on that sortie.

about corrupting IL2 tracks, dont you think it might be the lenght of the tracks? that if you record for too long it gets easily corrupted...you might wanna cut the tracks in lets say ''per sortie''

also..whats up with the skins? I was flying that blueish skin of yours as well

Nope, dont think so. I've recorded longer tracks than that (we usually play almost 2hrs when dogfighting ). It's the public servers and IL2 that are to blame. slightest lag in game can mess up the data IL2 records to be played later on.

As the skin D/L on the server was off, I cant see your skin even in the tracks. IL2 doesnt record the skin data for track if the skin D/L is off. Well, for anyone else, I can see my skin always.
