I assume they are Sella class destroyers. But the side letters say that it is
Soldati-class destroyer "Ascari"   I have not found any with onboard "IT".

Not Sella or Soldati.
ID letters are random at moment, due to speculars problems. They're italians, but before became destroyers they had a different classification. They were a class of 12 if i well remember. Quote:
