Icon9 Scope Tracking Is WAY Too Fast..

Hi all. I have a problem trying to lock onto targets through the scope etc. At long ranges over 5000 m when I am trying to Id the target the scope moves to fast to get a lock. It just jumps 4-5 degrees when I want 1 or 2 @ long or 5 - 10 @ close. It makes it VERY hard to get a lock. And yes I do know about the ctrl button. The cursor is very jumpy at all times on all screens. Is there an adjustment somewhere in the game to slow down the sensitivity of the mouse and other controls. I have the same problem on my 7 yr old self built desktop with win 7 pro and my 3 yr old ASUS ROG laptop with win 10. Is there not a sensitivity adjustment somewhere ??? Also another note. Why is it when you are trying to slip away from escorts @ silent (running ? ha). If you do so @ true speed you can do it, but if you bump up the time comp. to even 2 or 4 its like trying to sneak away at full speed ? They seem to be able to hear you for miles. If your not changing anything but the time it should not make any difference. I was up till 4 am this am before I was far enough away to even go to ahead slow without any time comp. This is also BULL !! P.S. This be chapter 2. LOL
