[REL] Clemson Class DD with smoke

Always annoyed my the old four stacker Clemson put out little to no smoke and every picture have seen of these even during war shows they put out heavy black smoke, especially when at speed. So I added the smoke to the Clemson DD. Thank vickers for the amazing smoke mod, which seems minor but is a real game changer as one can visually acquire merchants and older warships at realistic distances (if only the lookouts in game were programmed to notice this)

This was made using the TMO DD Clemson but should work with others. May use, just give credit to vickers for smoke and myself for upload.

The file is in the SH downloads section under "ships". enable JSGME
