Default Empty Torpedo Loadout, Mods not working properly?

Hi after reviwing other peoples mod list i decided to build my own soup. however having issues:
1. after installing DynEnv, i no longer see torpedos in Choose weapon loadout option at base, even started new campaign. This is with the torpedo textures mod enabled. i checked the cfg file and all the dates and availability are correct
2. When mission loads i have all T1 torpedos
3. all external torpedo reserves missing. only have reserves available for front. Type 7A.
4. With gale option, DynEnv water almost looks matte in game. however taking the screenshot, in screenshots it looks reflective/glossy i'm very confused.

The below issues started after installing MTNS and OHII

5. after installing OHii and MTNS i do not really see much difference except for the german ports. new ships and new flags. However at sea all ships look stock. There is also slightly less traffic.
6. I sometimes get a warship sighted warning but no ship. seems to follow me.
7. Sinking ships near objectives has no impact on objectives. does not count towards objective.
8. I get instant CTD when trying to run new campaigns such as operation drumbeat.

Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Removing mtns solves CTD. But torpedo equipment empty at base / still can't choose toroedos. Even starting different campaigns.

realized no helpful replies were provided in this thread so i'm going to add that the issue was fixed by removing MTNS and Open horizon mod. latter specially is very buggy. Game looks excellent graphically without them, the other mods really have made me almost forget SH3 completely
