No, it is not the same issue at all...It happens sometimes but your "victims" are shown in your cpt log in any case...

additional issue: everytime when i'm on patrol and need to load my in-patrol save (because other bugs -mostly:tc not going to 1 while aircraft spotted and under attack or own fault.. like standing on the bridge and trying to crash dive without going into the sub in the first place) the currently selected patrol mission gets deselected and i don't get any mission progress even if i sink a small unguarded convoy of 3 big juicy freighter with 7000+ tons each. it's now my third new career, issue persists through all of them so far.

well that's good to know, because i don't get any kind of information ingame if i sunk enough tonnage for the specific area. i do get only the information if my primary objectives (patrol areas) are met, but i'm still sure i'm supposed to sink something while in that patrol area.. if there are other ships than escorts and fishing boats.

Default Thanks, But. . .

Thanks but I am using the stock game without steam and I do know what ships should count. The problem is that often the ones that should count, don't. I don't know what the problem is.

If you are playing the stock game then not all ships that are sunk count towards your total.

Hi tony
Your picture although difficult to see I believe shows a problem.
Your native resolution shows 1920 x 1080 is that right?
But look at the resolution further down at the bottom.
The native resolution is showing 1024 x 768.
It should be showing the same resolution as in the aspect ratio 1920 x 1080 and that I believe is your problem.
1024 x 768 is aspect ratio of 4.3 SH5 games native resolution for the old vga monitors.
TWOS default aspect ratio is 16.9 for widescreen monitors.
Make sure that your in Game Graphic settings match your monitors resolution and Hz.

Peter

My native resolution in Nvidia panel shows 1024x768
What it means? I got widescreen monitor, 16:9 1920x1080...
In Nvidia panel:
perform scaling on: monitor (can not choose enything else)
resolution: 1920x1080(current) (I tried to change here on 1024x768, but no diffrence)
native resolution: 1024x768
I tried change resolution in game to some other, but there is no diffrence.
I tried as well some Jsmge TWoS resolution path (4x3, 5x4, 8x5) and none of this make any diffrence...
I put another screenshot of navi map, where you can see a "frame" in the middle, and when I click on attack disc button it woun't shows up...
In periscope panel, attack disc doesn't want to disappear...(UZO the same)
Everything else is ok, interior of sub, exterior, free look camera is ok.

I made whole new copy of game.
Uninstall everything and install with instruction (check everythink lots of times)

Problem still here...

Hi tony
You can see the problem from your new picture.
You are saying you have a vga monitor.
1024 x 768 automatically is 4.3 vga.
Move the slide bar to the top and it should show you 1080p, 1920 x 1080 (native)
This is the one that needs to be highlighted.

Do not forget to save your changes.

It always set up on 1920x1080, but this is not native.
On screenshot I just want to show wich resolution is native.
Even it was 1920x1080 or 1024x768 the problem still exist.
The only diffrence is that attack disc and other tools changing size cause the resolution.

Hi tony
i understand what you are saying, but ou still have not explained in your first picture below why you are showing both 1024 x 768 and also 1920 x 1080.

Your picture should be showing the same setup as mine but it is not 1024 x 768 should not be showing.
