Dive/surface sounds not playing after the first dive?

Im running TMO 2.5, rsrdc for TMO and OTC, i also have Pacific environment 4 installed. The dive and surface sounds, i think they are from the movie U-571. When i dive for the first time during career and then surface those sounds play. However, any subsequent dive and surface just plays the stock sound, like "yes sir, surface the boat" or just simply "dive planes set for normal" none of the theatrics so to speak.

Any idea why that is or is it just a bug wit PE4?
