I have been trying to play but have ping of 550 > 999 with 1 to 3 fps  it looks ok, but omg ping Hi to all btw

I think it might be based on EU servers on this particular closed beta which might explain your problem. Failing that you might want to get in touch with one of the moderators on their forum and ask about.

I got the full 1.5Gb last night. Did not take long. I had a good time playing it for about 2 hours. The game has some strong potential.
