what do you think about the stickied resources-threads?
Currently only one deserves the name, that for SBP. It's quite full.
Tvt is dead and has not many links to offer. The forums it links to also are almost dead. Almost the same with SF. This morning, just one hour ago, I saw at Saturn, a local huge electronic chain store in Germany, that they sorted out an almost full stockpile of SF copies. Asking them, they said it does not sell, they are putting it into some forsaken corner to use the place in the front row for better. Should these remain stickied, or travel down the thread line? Our own forum activity regarding both titles also is practically dead. I think it makes no sense to talk of a resource thread - if there are close to zero resources. but if I leave only SBP there, some will maybe accuse me of promoting SBP and discriminating against other tank titles (burned child avoids the fire).

Thanks, Skybird. The links are useful, specially for the somewhat confusing situation wsith the variety of patches and mods for Steel Fury. I'd keep that one. TvT I cannot comment on as I don't own it.

Well, there are not many useful links for SF, or not!? Some reviews, one or two forums, almost dead, one mod - that's it. That there is so little resources available - that is what I am about. Doesn't make sense to keep a list if there is not much to list.

I don't disagree Skybird, but perhaps we could keep SF up there for a while longer just to help any new owners who come along?
As for resources maybe Tanx's site could be added higher up as it's a bit hidden. I've found some good downloads there in the past including the newer Steel Panzers 1.3 which updates the version listed in the sticky. For the time being, okay then. SF thread updated and cleaned up. Several links were dead already.
