What is the dealio? Oct. 12, 1939 and with 23% fuel, 0 torps and the sub is in rough shape! When will Donitz and his kronies throw us a new sack of potatoes? 12 vessels sunk; Tonnage 34448.

Resupply uboats also known as milch cows will become available later in the war. This early in the war you can refit your sub only in your home port or in Heligoland.
