Default Lolwaffles Afrika!

Welcome to the Desert, aka Hunters place.

Erwin Rommel and his Afrika Korps are smashing their way through to Egypt, and the glorious Lolwaffles have been sent back in time to help them!

Rommel: So Stefan, what is this glorious staffel we're receiving?
Frölich: Err...they're called the Lolwaffles, Herr Rommel
Rommel: This is an in-joke, right?
Frölich: Erm...

Hunter: Schiesse, this is hot!
Schroeder: It is hot in Africa
Hunter: Shut up Smartarse!
Red Max: Hey, they've given us G2s!
Oberon: G2s? Decent aircraft? Is Goring feeling alright?

Mission One:
Escort He-111s on a bombing mission to Malta, elite Spitfire pilots from the Battle of Britain are to be expected.

Schroeder: Spitfires on the runway! ALLAH ACKBAR! *kaboom*
Task Force: Wrong airforce, gak, there goes my engine
Red Max: Achtung Spitfire!

Oberon: I thought these guys were supposed to be Battle of Britain veterans....
Red Max: They are
Oberon: Then they should know not to fly straight and level in a combat zone for longer than ten seconds!!!

Mission Two:
Fw-190s and Bf-109G2s on a ground attack.

Task Force: What does this button do?
Hunter: GAK!
Task Force: GAK!

Oberon: Hey Schroeder, catch this!

Schroeder: Right, you're in for it now...
Oberon: GAK!

Rommel: We're doomed....

(Left: HunterICX, Middle: Rommel, Right: Schroeder)

Rommel: Well schroeder, I shall now explain you the basics of ground attacking with a 109...since you just managed to ram yourself into your targets instead of strafing them.
Schroeder: but...but...but I am the expert on this terrain I don't need to know the basics I passed those tests long before that cheesehead was even born!
Rommel: Fatty said he's the only Smartass here and he knows the best for you.
HunterICX: *snorts* Grrmmfffp hehehe
Schroeder: Shut uuuup!

I think I've found my skin for this campaign:

Quote:
Landing's and take-offs, however, fell well below the usual Squadron standards. Once he borrowed a new Macchi 205 from a neighbouring Italian Squadron and crashed it on landing. It left a poor impression of his general ability as a pilot
Quote:
Shortly afterwards, in early October 1940, after having claimed seven aerial victories all them flying with I.(Jagd)/LG 2 Marseille was transferred to 4./Jagdgeschwader 52, flying alongside the likes of Johannes Steinhoff and Gerhard Barkhorn. He wrote off four aircraft as a result of operations during this period
Sounds like my kind of guy

So who does this sound like in our squadron.

Marseille did sound like he would fit in with us.

Did you get that skin at M4T?

BTW which squadron are we with?

It's the guy you nuked.

And yeah Xabba, I got the skin from M4T, it's originally for the F4 but seems to work alright with the G2

I almost shudder to think about the amount of civilians that would have to die for our suffering in this campaign...

Well, if it helps, I did a test with 12 B-29s in the Pacific and didn't kill IL2
