Default New Captain Here

Hello everyone, Glad to be here. Forum posting is new to me so I hope I am doing this right.
I have been playing video games since there has been pc's. So for those that remember about 1984 or so. First title of course was Microsoft flight sim.
Being ex-Navy myself, I have always had a thing about the sea. U-Boats are my No.1 enjoyment. I had played a number of sub games before finding Silent Hunter II. When I got to SH III, I managed to find GWX and TMO. A couple of years ago I built a new rig and of course was forced to upgrade windows. So many games have fallen by the wayside over the years because of software up grades. (Funny thing, Upgrades seem to be Downgrades for all gamers ) ?
Onward with the story. The few titles that are coming out these days just doesn't work for me. (the good ones seem to be far and few between these days ). I am looking forward to being a part of the new Wolfpack team on a boat soon. But as of now I am trying to get SH4 up and running on Win 10.
I just had my first CTD last night. Don't you just hate it when everything seems to be going well and then BLACK SCREEN!. Lol

Remember (The trip to the bottom is directly proportional to the amount of water you have onboard )
