Default 6-Dial SlideOut for LSH 2020

Hello Guys,

First of all, I am sorry if my question have already been asked and answered before. I couldnt find it.

I just installed the LSH 3 Mod 2020 The final attack.

I am not able to install the 6-Dial Slideout Mod. I downloaded it from GreyBeard.
After putting the Mod in the Mod enabler, nothing happens.

I am not really good with computers, but I actually need this mod to enjoy the game. Without it, the Dials are too small for me.

Is there any possibility to get it to work with the 2020 edition of LSH?

Thank you!

Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately this is not working or not the one I was looking for.

I reinstalled the game.
Firstly I used the _LSH3-2020_GUI_OLC and then I used the one you showed me.
Only those 2 mods were used.

I dont have any display at all. No depth meter, no speed meter and no directions meter.

I cannot exactly tell you which one I used with LSH3 2015, but back then every display was slided in/out. On the right site the direction, on the right bottom speed and depth. Also all the displays regarding the boat, like fuel, O2 etc were slide in/out displays on the left site.

Am I doing something wrong?
It maybe that my english skills are not good enough.

The one on the photo is what I want to have.

Hi Funkmaat Hinrich

1.Place OLC_GUI_V3 in mods folder then activate it by moving to the right

2 Clicking on that black button bottom left of screen next to the silver bolt opens up the dails slide out on the left

3 You Also have the stop watch in the wood case to keep track of torpedo running time on other stations also when you move the mouse down
to the bottom of the screen you get battery level oxigen dails ect.

4 you have Tyco's pull down grid overlay with the brass strap tag so you can find it quick on map screen.

5 Line up the right size grid overlay to match your grid.

Hope this helps you some regards blackswan40 Salute

if/when someone makes a six dial version i'll pm you sir or if LSH2020 gets the 1920 x 1080res upgrade then many members here will be very happy

Thank you very much. This is exactly what I was looking for.
Only I cannot manage to make it work.

In the 2015 version it worked fine for me. I am pretty sure I only used the Generic Mod Enabler to make it work
Are there maybe some other steps necessary for the 2020 LSH version?
Does it work at all with this version?

I really appreciate your help.

Thankyou Onkel Plissken_04 Sir for the Mod Link from your extensive archive Sir

Hi Funkmaat Hinrich I downloaded the 6 Simfeeling Mod from Plisskens_04 Link
dropped it in to my LSH2020 Mods Folder of my Single/Multiplayer Version of LSH2020 then activated JSGME thats built into LSH2020 moved Single/Multiplayer Missions and the 6 Simfeeling Mod to the right in the JSGME fired up LSH2020 my Single and Multiplayer Version
if you have more than one instalation LSH2020 you have to active the mods for each install you are using

I have three LSH2020 installs

1.Single/Multiplayer

2. LSH2020 Campaign

3. LSH2020 Steel Sharks new LSH2020 Campaign that i'm in the process of writing

screeines below Sir of the 6 Simfeeling Mod installed and running on my PC
I did not need to do any tweaking settings ect in LSH2020 it worked for me once activated.
Can you post a screeine of your activated mods please.

Hi, without making the appropriate changes to the menu.ini and dials.cfg, it will not work

Thank you blackswan40,

I did exactly as you described, but I still dont have the huge slide in/out dials.
As I said before, I am no native speaker, maybe I fail to make myself clear. Sorry for that.

I noticed on your screenshot that you also still have the normal (small) dials.

Maybe I am not describing it correctly.

In the previous LSH version (2015) there only were dials, after I moved my mouse to the correct position (slide in/out). Also those dials were huge, not as small as the originals.

I am so used to this huge dials, I cannot imagine enjoying the game without them. For me, it gives me the right feeling when chased by a destroyer and searching for the right depths. That is why they are so essential to me.

I need to get this to work for LSH 3 2020 The final attack.

Ahoy, Funkmaat Hinrich...

If NOT mistaken, I believe that would be in the mod-archive for LSH3-2020, named as follows:

LSH3-2020_GUI_OLC

Big Engine Telegraph
Big Compass
Big Depth Gauge

Hope this helps...
