Help runnning "Operation Monsoon."

Sorry if I sound like an absolute pillock for asking this, but I'm totally lost on installing mods with JSGME.

I've bought the Steam versions of SHIV and the U-boat missions. I've put OM on the enabled mods list, run SHIV, and I'm assuming I'm supposed to start the Atlantic campaign through the "U-Boat Campaign" option in the main menu, problem is that the only option is to start the vanilla U-boat campaign.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
