Default Is there a way to adjust the volume of the diesel soundfiles?

I have just re-installed SHIII and installed LSH 2020 (FANTASTIC!)
My only issue is, it seems the sound of the diesels have been tweeked a bit louder than when I last played, because my song pack for the gramophone is barely audible anymore over the noise of the diesels.

I have tried different remedies, such as adjusting the gain on my files with MP3 Gain, but to no avail. Are there alternative soundfiles out there for the diesel sounds, or ways to tweek the volume on the diesels in some other way perhaps?

It pains me not to be able to enjoy Rina Ketty singing "J'attendrai" while I contemplate the horrors of the u-boat warfare...

Best regards
Ron

Two ways.
1. Shotgun method: Via the game's own controls inthe options menu.
2. Precise control: Using S3D, open up SH3.sdl, look for the diesel sound files and adjust as desired.
