General Topics Display Question
This section of Subsim has started displaying like this....
I have noticed this before and it has occured when someone is in the process of editing/locking a thread. Usually a refresh or two and it clears, not this time. I have cleared my cache/cookies and still it remains. (it's like this on 3 separate PCs) Any ideas peeps/mods?

It did it for me a few times, Nothing to worry about,..... It should go away soon. If not, Maby Neal or Gizz will have some ideas.
