Conning Tower upgrade bug

Hi everyone.
My conning tower in my IXB have just been upgraded but i got this bug and lost the sub equipment and part of the crew.
I know there is a fix, the V715 hotfix, but i dont know how to install it and fix the bug.

Here is my list of mods:

OpsMonsun_V705
OMv705_to_V720
OMv720_Patch5
OMEGU_v300
OMEGU_v300_Patch7
OM_MultiCmd_Keys
OM_Harder_Escort_L1
KiUB_English

Shouldnt be the V715 hotfix included in the "V705_to_v720" ??

i dont know why this bug appeared.
