Regarding the use of UBI SH3.EXE, there are facts:

1. as a starting point for V20 we use an original SH3.EXE (v.1.4b) which UBISOFT has published on UBI servers itself for about 12 years, free of charge and available worldwide.
This fact alone shows that this SH3.EXE was released by UBI "for free disposal for all".

We had a BIG talk about doing a copy install. You may remember systems were slow and HDD space was limited back then.
Today I'd write an install that copied what I wanted from a legal install and be done with it! And the Download would be smaller and I'd not even come under suspicion.
I'd not be putting core files that anyone could just get the whole Game for free.
