VIIB Observation periscope bug?

Its May 1940 and I have been given command of a Type B Uboat,Its got quite a few upgrades to the old one,but there is one thing that seems off,the obervation periscope does not go down its hole in the control room,it always stays at eyesight level and blocks the view of the attack periscope up top.

The periscope of the VIIA used to go all the way down in the hole Im certain of if.

Is this a vanilla bug or Twos bug?Anyone else experienced it?
