Any way to bind movement controls to WASD in TWOS?

I seem to remember in SHIII being able to control my scopes left to right and up and down looking movement with my WASD keys as well as mouse in older versions of SH.

Is there a way to easily do this in SHV? Would love to be able to slowly turn the scope in a calm manner and then hold shift ot speed it up if I needed.
