and did a lot for Post War relations between our respective countries.

For Catfish...re the Olympics....Myself being quite cynical re the World "situation", I watched the opening Tokyo Olympics ceremony and found it quite moving and very well done - minimalist and decent. The massed drones were WOW, and now I'm watching the daily competitions and quite enjoying it surprisingly

Re Lockdowns down here....we had some big demonstrations yesterday, anger and frustration bubbling over, punches and bricks being thrown, no looting though - that's not Australian.

The 1980s....I remember it well.

Bad haircuts, shoulder pads and weird make up for the ladies, Halley's Comet and the end of the Cold War, and lots of Synthesizer music.
