BRIGHTER NIGHTS
I have cataracts, and it's going to be a few months before the VA gets around to the surgery. In addition to making everything blurry, it also reflects and refracts light so everything looks darker.
I have silent 3ditor and a hex editor, does anyone know a way to increase brightness at night? |

ok, back to cases. you can use the Video Option titled Gamma to lighten your screen. that's the easiest, but i found it annoying. the other option is in scene.dat, i believe. send Bubblehead1980 a PM and ask him how he made nights really really dark in TMO_BH and then just do the reverse of what he did.

Hi mate:
Also you can use ReShade (Shaders), and try with some combination to obtain a clear night. https://reshade.me/ You can set your monitor for more bright or gamma for more clear images. Best regards. Fitzcarraldo
