Default Any word on when the first update hits?

Right now im done with the game until the lighting issues are resolved.

Daytime 99% of the time is black & white with less than 2000m viewing range. I've literally only seen a color environment outside twice.

Nightime the merchants are lit up such that you can't tell which ship is what in a convoy because nearer ships are just as bright as further away ships.

The environmental ligthing in this game is all fuxxored up. Can't believe this went public like this.

You were much more positive a few days back, helping others and all excited.
You have probably done everything there is to be done since EA launch. All the current imperfections and bugs are jumping at you, repeating themselves ad nauseam
Prognosis is just a light migraine due to impatience. It will get fixed.

I assume you know that selecting springtime / early summer months in 1940 usually gives you plenty of daylight, nope?

Don't get frustrated, trust me, the devs want you to have a good experience.

The game is good, no question, With so much potential that we can all agree on. This is early-access so we know this is a game still being created. As Gutted's simming conspirator for the better part of two decades (yikes!), I can speak for him and his frustration with the lighting issues he mentioned. I have no problem waiting patiently for the next updates which the devs are working hard on I'm sure.

All is good! Just waiting for a update to the lighting issues mentioned by the OP...

We are adding settings for the lighting. The patch will hopefully reach the testers this week.
