Default Bug? (Silent Running)

Noticed that repairs do not stop even when silent running is active, yet the silent running button says repairs do stop, but equipment continues to get repair. Kind of an immersion killer and makes things easy as can stay in silent running mode. Basically what happens is even non critical repairs are made during silent running and evasion and usually completed by time enemy counter attack is finish. Any way to remedy this?

i've never experienced that.
although the sound machine continues to bang pots and crew are whistling their little a$$es off there are no repairs performed.
which mod did you use to get "perpetual repairs"?
or is that a Gameplay option checkbox rather than a mod?
