[WIP] SH5 animations for SH4

Working with a Friend, I have the basics to extract ALL the animations in SH5 and convert them to SH4 animations.
That includes the Crew animations as well as the Secondary characters.

If you just browse the animations you'll see a lot of crazy stuff we could use!
