Hemi; Sledge says enable it before Beta 1.5 and I say after actually at the end of all the mods or fixes.I think either way probably works and it's a matter of preference.However if you install some Russian language mods or missions then you'll definitely want the English language patch installed last otherwise your whole game menu will turn into Russian.But even for that there's an easy fix should it happen.

You are correct; aside from the original text files, the Unofficial v0.1 and SPM 1.5 don't actually overwrite each other; one is mainly a set of datapacks, while the other is a set of unpacked folders and files.
