I felt the same way when it first came out, but now that I've used it, I can't imagine ever going back. Having my game library managed in a central location that I can access from any PC anywhere is (to be overly-dramatic) life-changing.

It really is. Especially for someone like me, with a lot of my computer stuff buried in storage, not as handy or organized as usual, and on the road. Now I can get my games through the Steam portal, they are always handy.

redwhite, welcome to Subsim!

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger redwhite11, I feel the same way about Steam (also Win 10 ; ) and that is the only thing stopping me. My loss.

Add me to the list. What is it about things like Steam, Windows, Facebook, etc.....that make us feel naked, probed, and like we just filmed a very famous and INfamous scene from "Deliverance"????
